On 11 June 2025, just ahead of the Final PERCH General Assembly, the WP2 Working Group held its final face-to-face meeting at the Istituto Superiore di Sanità in Rome. Moderated by Lill Trogstad (NIPH, Norway) and Urška Ivanuš (IOL, Slovenia), the meeting gathered national representatives from six countries (Romania was not present)—Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania—that had prepared national HPV communication strategies with support from the WP2 peer-review process. These strategies were developed through a structured, collaborative approach guided by the PERCH HPV Communication Guide.
In addition to the countries that developed strategies, representatives from other PERCH partner countries involved in the WP2 working group were also present and contributed to the discussions. They actively participated by sharing their insights, observations, and good practices based on their national experiences in HPV vaccination communication—further enriching the dialogue.
The meeting provided a platform for peer exchange, direct feedback, and reflection on the process of co-developing national strategies. It also included a discussion on draft contributions for a forthcoming publication and an evaluation of WP2 outcomes.
The event captured the collaborative spirit of the HPV Vaccination Guild, PERCH’s network of partners and stakeholders committed to exchanging knowledge, building capacity, and supporting HPV vaccination communication across Europe.
