Objectives
The general objective of this WP is to ensure well-coordinated governance and management of the JA.
WP1 aims at:
- managing the entire consortium, ensuring systematic communication with partners and WP-leaders in order to assure the implementation of the JA activities according to work plan
- ensuring a quality check and timely completion of JA deliverables and milestones
- managing financial and administrative aspects
